Retailers of Furlong Flooring products should provide full warranty documentation that’s directly applicable to the product you’ve bought. This will give you all the information you need and, along with our cleaning and protection guides, you’ll have everything you need to love your floor forever.
If you own our flooring and you need to make a claim on the warranty, please contact the retailer you bought your flooring from. They will be able to help you with your issues.

Protecting against more than just food and drink stains, we’re so confident in the quality of all our flooring that we’re happy to guarantee its performance, appearance, wearability, and protection. For carpets, that means our warranty covers absolutely any stain, except gloss paint.
