Furlong Flooring wins award for best customer service
We are delighted to have won the ‘Best Customer Service’ category in the Interiors Monthly Awards 2022, reinforcing our commitment to doing the very best for our customers around the UK.
We have a long-established reputation for working closely with our customers – something that we carried through the pandemic, helping retailers and commercial contractors alike to keep their businesses running and serve their own customers.
A commitment to having the best products is where it starts. Our carpets are designed and manufactured in Northern Ireland in the group’s Regency Carpets manufacturing plant, where there’s a commitment to continual development so that end customers can buy modern, quality, high-performance carpets at an affordable price.
Mike Symonds, Managing Director at our Dartford facility says “We have massive confidence in the performance of our carpet products but we continue to invest, develop, and monitor their performance so that we are always supplying products of the highest quality regardless of their modest pricing.”
Beyond carpets, we are committed to offering a diverse range of products, with a number of key product launches planned for this year, including new vinyl and LVT ranges. Smooth flooring has become an increasingly large part of the Furlong Flooring business, and all products are selected from manufacturers that match our exacting attention to product quality.

With three distribution centres serving the whole of the UK, we have a stock capacity of 500,000 ft2, over 50 vehicles, and a team of over 200 people all focussed on ensuring that customers receive quality products at a great price, on time, every time.
